How We Manage Projects
As far as we are concerned, each project is unique and needs detailed requirement analysis. In the process of a detailed requirement analysis, we identify, document, and analyse all particulars for the project taken up. We create a project schedule and a project resource plan to go ahead with procurement of resources and materials.
Design and build engineering bring cohesiveness through all phases. Securing approvals from the various authorities, we move on to install. During installation, we are particular and meticulous about what is outlined in the project plan, making sure that it is completed on time and within budget. On delivering projects, we do post-project review and start maintenance and support
